Founder & CEO
Ricardo brings 20+ years of real-world experience in real estate, actively buying, renovating, and reselling residential properties across Southern California and beyond. With more than 200 successful fix-and-flip projects closed and a growing footprint in new construction, he has seen the questions come up on every deal.
His approach is simple: source the right properties, structure every deal conservatively, protect investor capital with real security, and treat every project as a chance to leave a neighborhood better than he found it.
