Ricardo founded Purpose Driven REI on a simple belief: real estate should build real wealth and improve the neighborhoods it touches. For 20+ years he has personally sourced, financed, renovated, and sold residential property across Southern California and beyond.
With more than 200 fix-and-flip projects closed and a growing new-construction pipeline, he has learned exactly where deals go wrong and how to protect the people funding them. That hard-won experience is now the playbook the entire team runs on.
